The Outsiders (Touring)

The Outsiders is a touring stage musical adaptation of S.E. Hinton’s coming-of-age novel that reimagines the story through a folk-rock score by Jamestown Revival and Justin Levine and a book by Adam Rapp and Justin Levine. The Tony-winning production, directed by Danya Taymor with choreography by Rick and Jeff Kuperman, plays the Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles as part of its national tour. The show is notable for translating the novel’s themes of brotherhood, class conflict and grief into a high-energy, emotionally driven theatrical experience.
